Meet Georgia
Georgia Ens is a mental performance consultant and the founder of Paragon Peak Mental Peformance Consulting. She is a sport psychology PhD Candidate at the University of Calgary where she conducts research in partnership with Skate Canada. Georgia also holds a masters of science in sport psychology and is a student member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association.Georgia is part of the mental performance team at the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta. She has experience working with athletes and teams from all sports at all levels. Whether competing at a provincial, national or international level, in USports, or as part of a club, Georgia works to support athletes as they navigate their unique sport journey to perform at their best when it counts the most.

One-on-one mental performance consulting provides individualized support to help athletes perform with clarity, confidence, and consistency. Sessions focus on building practical mental skills that directly translate to training and competition. Topics include but are not limited to self-talk focus, emotion regulation, resilience, imagery, growth mindset, and confidence.

Team sessions support athletes and staff in developing a common mental framework for performance. These sessions emphasize applied skills, shared understanding, and habits that enhance team culture, cohesion, and competitive readiness.
